science. It sets new qualitative standards in personality diagnostics. <\/p>\n<p>It was developed to improve existing methods in motivation and personality diagnostics. Thanks to the selective motive scales, it offers clear advantages in individual case diagnostics and person-centered counselling.&lt;br &gt;<\/p>\n<p>The Motivation Survey was developed for groups of 200 participants or more. This is now part of the LUXX Personality Toolset. It is a short version with 48 specially developed items. The Motivation Survey examines the emotional similarities in defined professional or interest groups. The results of the Motivation Survey are generally anonymous and do not provide individual results. Greiff and with the collaboration of Prof. Dr. Christoph Kemper. The group is also responsible for PISA test procedures on behalf of the OECD.
